Ingredients

  • Ridge Gourd (Turai) Curry

  • ½ kg Ridge Gourd (turai)
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilies
  • ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (paste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (paste)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (as needed)

Directions

  • Ridge Gourd (Turai) Curry

  • Step 1:Lets start with peel ridge gourd (Turai) and remove seeds and keep aside

  • Step 2:Next heat oil (as needed) in a wok and add ginger (paste) garlic (paste) and fry well

  • Step 3:Next add ridge gourd (turai) and fry for 5 to 8 minutes then add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, red chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt to taste and fry until oil come up

  • Step 4:Finely dish out and serve hot
