For Meethi Tikiyaan
Step 1: Lets start with take a big bowl and add, Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Semolina (Sooji), Clarified Butter (Ghee), Cardamom (Powder) and mix well
Step 2: Next add milk and kneading soft dough and set aside for 1 hour
Step 3: Next roll into roti shape and cut into round shape with help of glass
Step 4: Finely take a fry pan and heat up oil as needed on low flame then deep fry tikiyaan until they change color to brown from both sides
