Ingredients

  • For Lahori Anda Chana (Egg Chick Peas)

  • 250 g Channe (Chick peas) (Socked Overnight with 1 tbsp baking soda)
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger (Paste)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (Paste)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies (Powder)
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 4 tbsp Masoor Daal (Pink Lentil)
  • 4 Eggs (Hard Boiled)

Directions

  • For Lahori Anda Chana (Egg Chick Peas)

  • Step 1:Lets start with heat oil in pressure cooker and and add cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute until an aroma rise

  • Step 2:Now add salt, red chilies, turmeric powder, black pepper channe (Chick peas), masoor daal (pink lentil) and 2 glass water

  • Step 3:Now cover lid of pressure cooker and keep on weight for 5 minutes

  • Step 4:Now open the lid and check channe (Chick peas) by mashing few channe (Chick peas) with help of spoon and finely adjust consistency of channe (Chick peas) and gravy

  • Step 5:Now dish out in serving bowl and add half cut hard boiled eggs on top and enjoy with hot naan
