Ingredients

  • For Keema Ghotala

  • ½ kg Beef Mince
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger (paste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (paste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chilies
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

  • For Keema Ghotala

  • Step 1:Lets start with take a pan and heat oil in it and fry onions until they change color to light golden

  • Step 2:Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped 3 tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilies, coriander powder, salt, cumin seeds powder (Roasted and Crushed) and beef mince

  • Step 3:Next Fry everything very well and then add yogurt, water and cover the pan and cook until mince tender

  • Step 4:Next take a bowl and beat eggs in it and add beaten eggs into the mince mixture and mix very well

  • Step 5:In the last add remaining 1 tomato (cut into tiny cubes), garam masala, chopped green chilies, and leave it on dum for 5 minutes then serve
