Ingredients

  • For Mayonnaise Garlic Sauce

  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • For French Fries

  • ½ kg Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • Corn Flour (as required)
  • Oil (for frying)

Directions

  • For Mayonnaise Garlic Sauce

  • Step 1:Take a blender and add mayonnaise, garlic, white vinegar, cream and blend well

  • Step 2:Dish out in serving plate and serve

  • For French Fries

  • Step 3:Lets start with wash potatoes and peel them and cut them in finger shape

  • Step 4:Now take a pan and boil water in it then add potatoes in it and boil for 4 minutes

  • Step 5:Now transfer potatoes from hot water to cold water and leave it in cold water for 2 minutes then remove from water and keep aside

  • Step 6:Now take a bowl and add potatoes, salt, corn flour, black pepper and mix well then leave it for another 30 minutes

  • Step 7:Now heat oil in wok and deep fry potatoes until they change color to golden brown

  • Step 8:Finely dish out potatoes in serving plate and sprinkle chaat masala and toss it nicely and serve hot with sauce
