  • For Fish Curry (Machli Ka Salan)

  • ½ kg Fish
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 cup Onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • tsp Carom Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander (powder)
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala


  • For Fish Curry (Machli Ka Salan)

  • Step 1:Let's start with take a pan and heat up oil then add onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes

  • Step 2:Next add salt, red chilies, black pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, carom seeds, turmeric powder and stir with fork

  • Step 3:Now add fish and cook on medium flame until oil come on top and fish is done

  • Step 4:Finely add green chilies, coriander leaves and serve hot
