Ingredients

  • For Egg Jalfarezi

  • 4 Eggs (boiled)
  • 2 Capsicums (cut into cubes)
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (paste)
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ tsp Ginger (paste)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (paste)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 Chicken Stock
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  • For Egg Jalfarezi

  • Step 1:Lets start with take a pan and add half oil, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes paste, chili sauce, cumin seeds, salt, chicken stock, red chili flakes and start cooking

  • Step 2:Take another pan and add remaining oil in it and Sauté capsicum and onions and then leave oil in the pan and transfer capsicum and onions into first pan and cook again

  • Step 3:Fry boiled eggs into remaining oil and Cut them into cube shape

  • Step 4:Dish the Jalfrezi in serving dish and add eggs on top and finely serve hot
