Ingredients

  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1 pinch Yellow Food Color
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 drops Lemon Essence
  • 3 oz Flour
  • 2 oz Caster Sugar

Directions

  • For Egg Cookies

  • Step 1:

    Lets start with take a bowl and add caster sugar, butter and beat until becomes creamy

  • Step 2:

    Next add yellow food color, egg, lemon essence and beat again

  • Step 3:

    Now fold in sieved flour (if the batter is thin add 1 tbsp more flour)

  • Step 4:

    Next put mixture in a piping bag without any nozzle and pipe tiny cookies on a floured tray (tray should not be greased)

  • Step 5:

    Finely bake on 120 degrees C for 15 minutes till crispy
