Ingredients

  • For Crispy Corn Fingers

  • 2 tsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Corn (as required)
  • Oil (for frying)

Directions

  • For Crispy Corn Fingers

  • Step 1:

    Start with wash corns nicely with hot water

  • Step 2:

    Take a mixing bowl and add rice flour, corn flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilies, garam masala powder, yogurt and mix everything into paste

  • Step 3:

    Now apply this paste on corns and marinate corns for 1 hour

  • Step 4:

    Finely take a fry pan and heat oil on medium flame then fry corns in it until they change color to golden brown from all sides and then serve hot
