  • For Chicken Chargha  

    Step 1:   Lets start with wash chicken nicely and give deep cuts and keep aside

  • Step 2:   Next take a bowl and make paste with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, all spices and orange food color

  • Step 3:   Next apply this paste on the inside and outside of the chicken and leave it for 2 – 4 hours

  • Step 4:   Next brush oil on chicken and put chicken in steamer and steam it for 15 minutes then bake in pre-heated oven on 200 c for 10 minutes, or you can deep fry chicken until change color to golden brown

  • For biryani  

    Step 5:   Heat oil in a pan and add all spices, chopped onions and fry until onions change color to golden brown then add ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, Bay leaf, cloves, Cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, 1/2 tsp salt, and red chilies and fry for 2 – 3 minutes until oil come on top

  • Step 6:   Next boil rice with cumin seeds and remaining 1 tsp salt when rice done then take a pan, spread half rice then cooked masala then Cover with remaining rice, then cooked chargha, green chilies, green coriander and cover the pan and cook on dum for 10 minutes

  • Step 7:   Finely dish out in serving platter and decorated with french fries and boiled eggs.
