Ingredients

  • For Chicken Chargha

  • 1 kg Full Chicken
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (paste)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (paste)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala (powder)
  • ¼ tsp Orange Food Color
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • For Biryani

  • 400 g Rice
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 4 Green Cardamoms
  • ½ cup Onions (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp GInger (paste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (paste)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Coriander Leaves

Directions

  • For Chicken Chargha

  • Step 1:Lets start with wash chicken nicely and give deep cuts and keep aside

  • Step 2:Next take a bowl and make paste with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala and orange food color

  • Step 3:Next apply this paste on the inside and outside of the chicken and leave it for 2 - 4 hours

  • Step 4:Next brush oil on chicken and put chicken in steamer and steam it for 15 minutes then bake in pre-heated oven on 200 c for 10 minutes, or you can deep fry chicken until change color to golden brown

  • For biryani

  • Step 5:Heat oil in a pan and add garam masala, chopped onions and fry until onions change color to golden brown then add ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, Bay leaf, cloves, Cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, 1/2 tsp salt, and red chilies and fry for 2 - 3 minutes until oil come on top

  • Step 6:Next boil rice with cumin seeds and remaining 1 tsp salt when rice done then take a pan, spread half rice then cooked masala then Cover with remaining rice, then cooked chargha, green chilies, green coriander and cover the pan and cook on dum for 10 minutes

  • Step 7:Finely dish out in serving platter and decorated with french fries and boiled eggs.
