Ingredients

  • For Chanay ki Daal

  • 1 cup Gram Lentil
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilies
  • 1 cup Coriander
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves
  • 2 Lemons
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • For Parathas

  • 2 cups Wheat Flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Directions

  • For Chanay ki Daal

  • Step 1:

    Lets start with boil gram lentil and make sure that it is properly boiled and scattered, then cool it and chop it in a chopper.

  • Step 2:

    Next take bowl and add chopped lentil, chopped green coriander, chopped mint leaves, crushed red chilies, salt, crushed garam masala, chopped green chilies and 2 lemons and mix it properly

  • For Parathas

  • Step 3:

    In 2 cups of flour, add salt and knead it and make balls

  • Step 4:

    Next make rotis and put prepared lentil in the center and In the ends, put wet flour.

  • Step 5:

    Now heat the pan and fry the paratha until its change color to brown from both side

  • Step 6:

    When its properly done, then serve it with red chilies and green chili chutney.
