  • 4 oz Caster Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 oz Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Lemon Essence
  • ¼ tsp Yellow Food Color

Directions

  • Step 1:

    Lets start with take a bowl and beat butter, caster sugar very well until light creamy

  • Step 2:

    Next add eggs one by one and beat again then add lemon essence and yellow food color and beat again

  • Step 3:

    Next fold in sieve flour and baking powder

  • Step 4:

    Next pour batter in a grease and paper line square tin 8x8 inch and bake on 180 c for 30 minutes

  • Step 5:

    Next remove cake rusk and cut into slices then put again in oven and bake on 100 c for 40 minutes, 20 minutes on each side
