  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Orange (peeled)
  • 2 cups Blueberries (frozen)

Directions

  • For Blueberry Smoothie

  • Step 1:Lets start with take a blender and add almond milk or water, oranges without seeds, blueberries, chia seeds, banana and blend well until smooth

  • Step 2:Pour into the glass and serve
