For Bhindi Masala
Step 1: Lets start with take a fry pan and heat up oil on low flame then fry bhindi until slightly brown then remove bhindi from pan and set aside
Step 2: Next fry onions until the change color to light brown then remove onions and set aside
Step 3: Next fry garlic, salt, red chilies, turmeric powder, Kalonji in the remaining oil
Step 4: Next add little water and chopped tomatoes and cook on low flame
Step 5: Finely add fried bhindi, fried onions and green chilies and leave it on steam for 10 minutes
