Ingredients

  • For Aalu Kay Koftay

  • 1 Carrot
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Parsley
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  • For Aalu Kay Koftay

  • Step 1:

    Lets start with boil potatoes and mesh them in a bowl

  • Step 2:

    Next add capsicum, green chilies, parsley, carrot, salt as needed, black pepper, white pepper and mix everything very well and shape them into roll

  • Step 3:

    Next take a bowl and beat eggs then dip potatoes in eggs

  • Step 4:

    Next roll potatoes in bread crumbs and fry them until they change color to golden from both sides and serve hot
