  • For Aalu Biryani  

    Step 1:   Lets start with take a pan and heat oil and add potatoes, yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chilies, all spices, cumin seeds, plums, ginger paste, garlic paste, and little water

  • Step 2:   Next cover it and cook until potatoes tender and water dry then add tomatoes, yellow food color, lemons, coriander leaves, mint leaves, fried onions and green chilies and cook for 3 – 4 minutes

  • Step 3:   Next add boiled rice and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes then dish out and serve
